The Siblings Do Business Together 149

Siblings Work in Business (149)

Eun-ho and Eun-ji, uninterested in fishing, spent the whole day lazing around inside the container.

No phones.

Free time without a phone, for modern people, was surprisingly agonizing.

What did I used to do back then?

What did we do for fun in the even older days?

Eun-ho pondered such useless questions, his thoughts traveling back in time, exploring the universe in his mind.

Meanwhile, Eun-ji…

“I’m bored.”

“…”

“I said I’m bored.”

“…”

“I’m bored!”

“So what?!”

“Let’s play!”

“No.”

“Aaaaaaaaagh!”

“You’re so noisy.”

Thwack.

Eun-ho, annoyed, threw the pillow he was lying on at Eun-ji’s face.

But it only seemed to provoke her; she caught the pillow with a meaningful smile.

Then, she slowly turned her gaze towards a corner of the container.

“Heehee.”

Eun-ho, lying curled up, lifted his head at the ominous sound of Eun-ji’s laughter.

Their eyes met.

“Don’t even think about it.”

Despite Eun-ho’s warning, Eun-ji smirked.

“I said don’t.”

“Heeheehee.”

“Don’t do it, you crazy—”

In the corner were the CEO’s and Hyun-woo’s pillows.

Eun-ho quickly sat up, but Eun-ji, already prepared to run, was faster.

Thwack, thwack, thwack.

“Ugh!”

The CEO’s pillow, Hyun-woo’s pillow, and then Eun-ho’s own pillow hit him squarely in the face.

“You little…”

Just as Eun-ho irritably brushed the pillows off his face…

He met Eun-ji’s gaze, her eyes gleaming mischievously.

‘I’m screwed.’

Eun-ji, holding the last remaining pillow, was in a pitcher’s pose, ready to throw a fastball.

She threw the pillow.

Eun-ho quickly raised his arm to protect his face, but the impact made his arm sting. She had thrown it with all her might.

But that wasn’t the end.

Eun-ho, looking at the smugly grinning Eun-ji, smiled back, holding the pillow she just threw at him with both hands.

Eun-ji’s smile faltered, realizing what was about to happen.

“You’re dead.”

“Agh!!!”

Eun-ho swung all four pillows at Eun-ji.

“I told you… not to… do it!”

Thwack, thwack, thwack, thwack.

The sounds of the pillows hitting her matched the rhythm of his words.

Eun-ji endured it, waiting for her chance.

“Agh!”

She grabbed the pillows as she sat up.

“Let go.”

“No.”

“Stop copying me.”

“No.”

“It’s ripping! Let go!”

“It won’t rip if you let go first!”

“Did you only work out your muscles after eating? You’re so strong!”

“Well, I am strong, and you’re weak—”

“I am not.”

Eun-ho and Eun-ji, gritting their teeth, pulled at the four pillows with all their might.

“Guys, the pillows are going to rip.”

It was bound to happen.

Hyun-woo, who was filming everything, gave them a warning, but it was useless.

Rip.

First, the seams started to tear.

Then, the lace on the edges ripped.

Rip, tear!

Thankfully, although the filling was exposed, the pillows didn’t completely explode.

But Eun-ho, who was closer to the inside, flew into the wall, and Eun-ji landed on a pile of bedding.

“Ow…”

“Ugh…”

Eun-ho rubbed his sore back, and Eun-ji rubbed her tailbone.

Click

“What was that noise?”

Just then, CEO Park, who had been enjoying his fishing, rushed inside, drawn by the noise.

Seeing the mess, he stood at the door, his eyes closed, as if trying to calm himself down.

Meanwhile, Eun-ho and Eun-ji crawled towards the center of the container, conscious of his presence.

As if admitting their fault, they knelt down obediently.

CEO Park opened his eyes, ready to unleash a torrent of nagging.

“You—”

But then, he saw them kneeling with their heads down.

His anger dissipated like a doused fire.

“Ha… Eun-ji, Eun-ho.”

“Yes…”

“Yes…”

CEO Park pointed towards Hyun-woo and said,

“The camera’s on.”

“Yes…”

“Okay…”

It was a warning to behave.

“If you’re bored, come out and fish.”

“Fishing is boring…”

“What about you, Eun-ho?”

“I don’t like the worms.”

“I’ll put them on the hook for you.”

“I just… don’t like worms.”

“You two are so stubborn.”

CEO Park asked again, hoping they would change their minds, but they firmly refused.

“Then at least don’t fight.”

“Okay.”

“Yes.”

CEO Park glared at them and went back outside.

Peace seemed to have returned to the container.

“Hey, Lee Eun-ho.”

“…”

Eun-ji, approaching the lying Eun-ho, held out her index fingers.

Eun-ho, with a “what do you want” expression, looked back and forth between her face and her hands.

“Ddo (Pick).”

“Pick your ugly face.”

“Seriously, let’s play.”

“Ha…”

Eun-ho reluctantly sat up.

“You’re no match for your older brother. Come back in 10 years.”

“Bullshit.”

“Trying to challenge me again when you have no chance.”

“We’ll have to see about that.”

Hyun-woo turned the camera back on.

Eun-ji, looking at Hyun-woo holding the camera, asked,

“Do you want to play, Oppa?”

“Huh? No, I’m good.”

Hyun-woo accidentally waved the camera, then quickly repositioned it, realizing his mistake.

After Hyun-woo’s refusal, the second round of the sibling battle began.

Eun-ho and Eun-ji sat facing each other, index fingers extended, Eun-ji’s expression serious.

Eun-ho tapped Eun-ji’s right index finger, and she extended her middle finger.

Eun-ji now had two fingers extended, and Eun-ho still had one.

Then, they started tapping each other’s fingers rapidly.

Their hands moved quickly in the otherwise quiet atmosphere.

Eun-ji had one finger left, and Eun-ho had four. Eun-ho tapped Eun-ji’s finger, and she extended three more. Eun-ji tapped Eun-ho’s fingers, but the result was inevitable. Eun-ji had four, and Eun-ho had one. It was Eun-ho’s turn.

“You should have split them into two.”

“I already lost!”

“Haha, you’re no match for me.”

Two grown adults with serious expressions, playing the ‘chopstick game’ intently, was a comical sight.

Hyun-woo, stifling his laughter, chuckled inwardly.

“Ah, then let’s play Yonggari Ball.”

“Oh, it’s been a while.”

“You remember the rules?”

“Of course.”

“Wongi-ok (Spirit Bomb)?”

“No specials, just basic.”

“Deal.”

Hyun-woo had a ‘no way’ feeling at the mention of Yonggari Ball.

“Yonggari Ball!”

“Yonggari Ball!”

Clap, clap.

“Eu—”

“Eu—”

Clap, clap.

“Pa (attack).”

“Block.”

The sounds of clapping, “Eu—,” “Pa,” and “Block” filled the air.

The game seemed endless.

Until Eun-ji managed to say “Eu—” three times.

“Energy Pa!”

At that critical moment…

Eun-ho calmly declared, “Teleportation!”, and tapped his forehead.

Hyun-woo, tears welling up from suppressed laughter, wiped his eyes.

But when Eun-ho yelled “Energy Pa!”…

He burst out laughing again, but quickly covered his mouth.

Eun-ji also dodged the attack, yelling, “Teleportation!”

They continued their “Pa” attacks.

The long battle ended with a single mistake.

“I win!!!”

“Ah, damn it! I was charging up! I should have done it again!!!”

Eun-ho accidentally said “Eu—” twice, losing his rhythm, and Eun-ji seized the opportunity, yelling “Pa!!!”, winning the game.

Eun-ji, celebrating her victory, jumped up, pumping her fist in the air.

Meanwhile, Eun-ho, clutching his hair, buried his face in his hands and groaned.

“Hahahaha.”

Hyun-woo, giving up on trying to contain his laughter, burst out laughing.

Time flew by.

As evening approached, Hyun-woo, Eun-ho, and Eun-ji finally escaped the stuffy container hell in CEO Park’s car.

Although it had been surprisingly fun, despite being “stuffy” and “hellish.”

There were nice restaurants and a famous samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) place nearby, known for using free-range chickens.

“What do you want to eat? Steak or samgyetang?”

“Samgyetang.”

“Steak.”

Eun-ho chose samgyetang, and Eun-ji, seemingly liking the pretty flowerbed in front of the restaurant, chose steak.

CEO Park made a decision.

“Let’s have steak here and get samgyetang to go.”

“Oh, good idea!”

“Yay, late-night samgyetang!”

After the decision was made, they entered the restaurant, which had a European mansion vibe.

“Wow…”

“This is the kind of place Eun-ji would like.”

“Yeah, I love it.”

Eun-ji, who loved fairytale-like settings, was full of praise.

Thankfully, the restaurant was empty, so they could sit by the large window, which offered a view of trees and a reservoir in the distance.

“It’s nice.”

Eun-ho sat down, still looking at the view.

The setting sun created a picturesque scene.

“This would be a good filming location.”

“It would.”

CEO Park looked around and said, and Eun-ho agreed.

The food was delicious, enhanced by the beautiful scenery.
